At Royer Farm all our pork is raised with room to run, rest in the sun and dig in the dirt. This means they can grow naturally without hormones or routine antibiotic use. Our Berkshire pork is the ultimate in flavor, juiceness and tenderness. A local (two miles from the farm) health-inspected, family-owned butcher shop, Paxton Custom Meats, cuts and wraps all the pork by hand. All the chops, roasts, ribs, bacon, sausages and bratwursts are free of MSG and nitrates. Our farm has been in the family for 146 years and Scott and Nikki are proud to continue the tradition of raising wholesome, natural meats.
