Cattle are designed by nature to graze and thrive on grasses and forages. The pasture environment we provide means healthier animals and better tasting meat. All beef at Royer Farm is 100% grassfed and finished. Our animals live in a clean, spacious, low-stress setting so they can grow naturally without hormones or routine antibiotic use. A local (two miles from the farm) health-inspected, family-owned butcher shop, Paxton Custom Meats, cuts and wraps all the beef by hand. The beef is dry-aged at least 12 days to maximize tenderness and flavor. At Royer Farm we strive to be good stewards of the land. Our farm’s pasture environment reduces soil erosion, helps maintain water quality, and provides habitat for our livestock and abundant wildlife. Our farm has been in the family for 148 years and Scott and Nikki are proud to continue the tradition of raising wholesome, natural meats.
