Let the experts at the butcher shop do the cutting for you to produce two bone-in breasts, two thighs, two wings, two drumsticks and neck & back. All of the pieces from each bird will be in one package. The ten chickens will fill two brown grocery sacks, range in weight from 4.0-8.0 pounds and are $5.60 per pound. The birds will be available for pickup at the beginning of August. When ordering 10 or more birds you will recieve a 5% discount from the final price.
